Methods

Techniques? We have used them all. Telephone, online, face-to-face and focus groups. Beyond Net Promoter Scores (NPS) we can calculate the statistical significance of results, set you up with our own Loyalty Index, Waiting Room, Mirror Test, and Opportunity Gap indicators. We can conduct more esoteric ‘trade-off’ analyses, or even run your scenario planning or Delphi forecasting projects if you need it.

Due diligence

Our research is conducted according to the Market Research Society’s code of conduct and we fully comply with the new guidelines set out by the GDPR.

Any paper or electronic files relating to the project will be kept for a minimum of one year from the date of completion of the project. Thereafter, files will be disposed of securely.

Delivering on time

If we are fortunate enough to work with you, on commissioning the research, the project will commence with questionnaire design and fieldwork preparations e.g. confirm quotas and sample breakdown, prepare call lists etc. Once this has been finalised and approved, interviewing can start.
